• Kitchen and Room services – Please note as a homestay we do not offer 24hr kitchen and home services.
• Lunch & Dinner are available by pre-order only and subjected to availably at an extra charge.

Other important reminders
• All common areas are shared so please be mindful of other guests present on the property
• Any guests visiting guests staying at the property will be required to leave by 8.00 pm as part of the security protocol
• All loud music to be turned down by 10.00 pm as per government of Kerala Protocol. Any liability arising out of no adherence is the sole responsibility of the guest.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only for visitors above 21 years of age in the designated areas only.
• All residents to register at the time of check in with their valid Id proofs, contact number and email.
• All Payments are accepted in Cash, UPI or through Debit/Credit Cards and to be done at the time of check in or before the event. Any extras to be settled at the time of checkout.
• Guests, Visitors and vendors are only allowed in the designated area. Private areas of the house are not open to anyone .If you require any assistance please speak to our manager.
• We do not have a life guard on the premise therefore anyone wishing to use the boat or swim in the river will do so at their own risk and the management has no obligation.
