We realised that while in many cities there are advocates for heritage preservation, the focus is generally on the restoration of monuments and publicly owned buildings, or the development of policies and regulations. A large gap remains between the conservation sector and everyday families owning heritage simply needing practical support.


We felt that a different more hands-on approach was needed, not only to preserve historic buildings but also to make sure that heritage homeowners would be engaged in the evolution of their neighbourhoods and reap the benefits of their family history and property. Thus, we formally established Our Heritage Homes by Doh Eain and set out on this mission.
