Check-in / Check-out:
•         Check-in from 2:00 pm
•         Early check-in subject to availability
·         Check-out before 12:00 noon
·         Late check-out subject to availability
·         Check-out at 18.00hrs will be charged 50% of rate. Check-outs later than 18.00hrs will be charged full rate.

Check-in instructions and requirements:
If you require a late check-out or early Check-in please reach out to the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on the property policy. And finally, special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Important reminders:
•         All rates mentioned are on BB double occupancy per night inclusive of all taxes.
•         Children above 12 years of age will be considered as adults. Children under 12 will be considered on a case by case basis             and can be accommodated only in the Deluxe Suites.
•         The Boutique Villa will not be in a position to accommodate drivers and guides in house.
•         Parking is available at the villa free of chargers as per availability.
•         A minimum 2-night booking is required from the 15th July to 31st August & from 20th December to 10th January

Cancelation and no show policy:
•         (1st May 2023 – 30th Jun 2023 / 21st Sep 2023– 15th Dec 2023 ) – Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% and 07 days prior will be charged 100% of the room nights booked

•       ( 1st Jul 2023 – 31st Aug 2023 / 16th Dec 2023 – 15th Jan 2024 / 1st Feb 2024– 28th Feb 2024 / 16th Jan 2024 – 31st Jan 2024 ) – Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room nights blocked
