This lovely home was a 19th century farm house, that was in heavy deterioration when we bought the property.

Current owners decided to restore the historic part leaving it rustic but adding a lovely designer bathroom with shower and a modern, stylish glassed in veranda with a fireplace, letting our guests enjoy the magnificent views, during all seasons of the year as well as enjoying that space for leisure or for work.

The veranda has a lovely handmade light fixture from silk artisan Nino Kvavilashvili that gives an artistic ambiance to the space.  There is a private eat-in kitchen and washing machine making this home self-sufficient, it is situated between our horse ranch and the Lost Ridge Cafe.

There are many outdoor spaces for recreational use with stunning views across the valley.
