Check-in / Check-out:
·          Check-in from 2:00pm onwards
·          Check-out before 12pm (except Neemrana Fort-Palace, Tijara Fort-Palace & Hill Fort – Kesroli which is 1100 hrs)

·         At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the hotel is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required. Also the guests are requested to carry the reservation letter at the time of arrival.

Child Policy:
·         No charge for child below 5 years and a half rates for children below 10 years  is applicable on meals.
·         Children between the ages of 10 Years old will be considered as adults and will be subject to full charge.
·         An extra bed is mandatory for children above age of 10 years and charges will be applicable
·         Child up to the age of 10 years can share the bed with parents however if an extra bed is requested charges are applicable.

Cancelation and no show policy:
·         If cancelled 96 hours prior to the arrival date 95% refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Instamojo/Credit/Debit card.
·         If cancelled within 96 hours prior to the check-in date, 1 night full charge will be deducted for late cancellation.
Note: Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy above.

Important reminders
·         Outside alcohol and eatables are not allowed in the hotel.
·         Hookahs and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the hotel.
·         Lockers for your valuables are available in each guest room. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
·         In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Neemrana Hotels will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
·         Extra bed is available on requests at an extra charge.
·         Breakfast and evening tea are included in the room rent.
·         Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m., lunch from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. and dinner from 8  to 10 p.m.
·         All prices mentioned regarding rooms rates per night are inclusive of taxes all other charges are subject to GST and other taxes corresponding to services availed at the properties. All taxes are subject to change as per the Government regulations from time to time.
