About This Hotel
Family guesthouse, owned by spouses Sergi and Thea, is located in Samegrelo, a stunning region of Georgia.

They have come up with a unique concept for their guesthouse, where they have gathered several traditional “Odas” (houses) from different parts of Georgia in their courtyard.

These Odas, which are typical for specific regions, are over a hundred years old and have been carefully restored to maintain their authenticity while also providing modern comfort in the guest rooms.

One of the remarkable Odas in their collection is inherited from Sergi’s great-grandfather.

The family also promotes local products and healthy living by having cranberry, hazelnut, and tea plantations on several hectares of land. Additionally, they produce their own wine, providing guests with a complete experience of Georgian traditions and environment.

After years in Germany, Thea and Sergi returned to Georgia to turn their dream of running a family business and expanding their vineyards into reality.

Their passion for sharing Georgia’s rich culture, wine, and history with visitors fueled their dedication to creating unforgettable experiences. With their extensive backgrounds in tourism, including Thea’s expertise as a guide, every guest has ensured a warm and hospitable stay.
