Registration and Sign in.
The Our Heritage Homes website caters to heritage property owners as well as to a variety of people or “Users” interested in staying in or renting a heritage property, buying a heritage property, or providing financial assistance or investment. Heritage homeowners and people interested in booking a property for short stays can register an account and subsequently log-in to manage their activities. People interested in long-term rentals, buying, or in investing do not need to set up an account and can directly contact the Our Heritage Homes team through the contact forms on the relevant pages.
Click on the Login/Register button in the upper right corner.
A Pop Up will appear and now You can:
Register an account by clicking on the register tab. You can register either as a heritage homeowner (“Owner”) or as a guest to book properties for short stays.
Log in if you already have an account
Restore your password.
Register as a new User
Once you click on the Register tab, you will see the New user registration form.
Sign in as an existing User
Once you fill in your credentials, you will be logged into the Our Heritage Homes website.
You can access your customer dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard button in the top right corner:

Please select the Owner tab on the popup form and fill in the details.
Accessing Homeowner Dashboard
Once you have filled in the form, you will be redirected to the home page. You can access your Homeowner dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard button in the top right corner.
How to add a PayPal account
Next, you need to add your PayPal email address. You can do that by navigating to the wallet section or clicking the “View Wallet” link on the top.
Click on the Set Payout Method button to add your PayPal account.
How to subscribe as a basic or premium member
Once you click on the greyed-out items in the dashboard, you will see a popup.
Choose your plan and click Select. You will be taken to the signup page.
After finishing the transaction you can return to the Dashboard and previously greyed out menu items will be visible.
Adding & Managing Property Listings
How to add your property listing & approval
Click on the Add Listing menu item. It will bring you to the listing type selection.
For this tutorial we will add a listing for short term stay.
After filling in the form, the Our Heritage Homes team will approve your listing. Make sure you are using JPEG file format for images.
Once submitted, a confirmation screen is displayed as per the sample screenshot. Please note that at this stage, your listing will go through a review process from one of Our Heritage Homes Admins to ensure the quality and completeness of each listing. The review process will take 1 to 3 days, depending on the quality of the submitted listing. Once approved by the Admin, only then the listing will go LIVE and appear on the Our Heritage Homes page. To check the status of your listing, kindly navigate to Main Dashboard > My Listings > (Active/Pending).
How to edit your listing
You can access your listings under My listings menu
Here you can click on the Edit button to update your listing information and manage the booking calendar.
After editing your listing you can preview and publish it.
How to delete your listing
Simply click on the Delete button on the My Listings page
How to sync with existing Airbnb listing
AirBnb and other real estate management sites can be integrated using iCal functionality.
To sync your calendar, click on the iCal button.
Export calendar
To get the listing calendar link for adding in AirBnB, click on the iCal Export option. This will open a popup with your listings iCal link. You can copy this link and paste it into AirBnB or any other site that supports iCal sync.
Import Calendar
To import a calendar from AirBnb or a different booking platform, click on the iCal import option. This will open a popup window with calendar details. Paste your iCal link and once you click Save it will be synced instantly with the Our Heritage Homes calendar and the sync will happen every 30 minutes from then on.
How to sync with Booking.com
Eligibility criteria
Calendar syncing isn’t available for all property types. To import or export a calendar, your property needs to have 20 room types or less, and a maximum of one unit per room type. Your property also can’t use XML connectivity services like property management systems or channel managers.
To see if it’s available to you, log in to the Extranet and click Rates & Availability. If your property is eligible for this feature, you’ll see Sync calendars in the drop-down menu.
Synchronizing your calendars across channels
Here’s how to sync your calendars across platforms:
Log in to the Extranet.
Depending on your view on the Extranet, click either Rates & Availability then Calendar, or click Calendar & Pricing.
Click Sync calendars.
Click Add calendar connection, then add the link to the Our Heritage Homes calendar you want to import reservations from. Give the calendar connection a name—then click Next step. You can also click Skip this step if you want to go straight to exporting your calendar. You can come back and import the Our Heritage Homes calendar later by clicking Complete set-up on the Sync Calendars page.
To export your Booking.com calendar, copy your Booking.com calendar link by clicking Copy link, then paste it into the relevant field on your Our Heritage Homes calendar settings. Under Export options, select whether you want to export only your Booked dates only or both Booked and closed dates. You can also choose to Skip export. You can export your Booking.com calendar anytime by clicking Complete set-up on the Sync calendars page.
Once you do this, you can go back to the Extranet and click Done.
You’ll see the status as Activating while the connection is being set up. Once your calendars are synced, the status will change to OK. You’ll be able to see an overview of your calendar connections whenever you return to the Sync calendars page.
Booking.com automatically import any synced calendars, but you can manually sync your imported calendars by clicking Import now. To remove the imported calendar and stop syncing, click Remove.
How to sync with Agoda.com
Note: On Agoda, the calendar sync updates every 20 minutes.
Update on Web
Once you have added your property’s Pricing details, click Next and move on to the Availability page. Select your preference under Available dates. Then, click ADD ANOTHER CALENDAR under Calendar Sync if you want to add other platform calendars to Agoda. You will be able to export your Agoda calendar to the Our Heritage Homes platform once your property is live on Agoda.
To export Agoda’s calendar or to update your calendar sync on the web after the property is live, go to the Listings page and click Calendar. Then, go to Calendar Sync.
Import Calendar – This allows you to add calendar URLs from Our Heritage Homes on Agoda so that we can keep your Agoda calendar up to date.
Export Calendar – This URL allows you to add your Agoda calendar to the Our Heritage Homes platform.
Update on APP
If you are creating your listing on Agoda Homes, move on to the Availability page after filling in the property’s pricing details. You may import the calendar URL from other platforms under the Calendar sync section. You will be able to export your Agoda calendar URL to the Our Heritage Homes platform after your Agoda listing is live.
To export Agoda’s calendar or update your calendar sync after the property has gone live, tap on the Calendar page, then tap the blue tool button in the bottom right. Select Calendar sync. Select Import calendar to update your Agoda calendar with calendar URLs from other platforms and select Export calendar to update other platforms with your Agoda calendar. Click Save.
View booking requests for your property
You can view new booking requests on Bookings of my listings panel.
Here you can message your guest directly, and approve or reject the booking request.
Registering as a Guest (to make bookings)
If you want to use the site to book your accommodations, this is the option for you. Just fill in your details and once you click register, you will be signed into ourheritagehomes.com platform.
Now you can browse and book listings.
To access your customer dashboard, click on the “Dashboard” button in the top right corner. In your dashboard, you can manage your bookings, leave reviews, and reach out to our support team.
How to make a booking
Navigate to the search page
Select the listing type:
Stay – Perfect for a short-term stay of up to a month
Rent – The best option if you are looking for a long-term rental for more than a month.
Buy to protect – These are our heritage properties for sale. Our team will assist with the purchase and renovation.
Invest – Here you can invest in the preservation of a home through a loan to owners lacking financial resources
Choose the listing you like. You can use advanced filters to refine your search.
Once you have chosen the listing, you can set the dates and book the property by filling in the Personal details form
After filling out your personal details, you will be redirected to the payment page. Our current payment options include PayPal, Debit, or Credit Card. We will be adding more payment methods in the future.
Modules and Guides
Our Heritage Homes members have access to information and guides on the process of restoring, maintaining, and managing their heritage property. This section in the homeowner member will be continually added to with more helpful tips.
Suppliers Directory & Discounts
Our Heritage Homes members have access to a directory of suppliers in each country in which Our Heritage Homes is active (currently Georgia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar). These are known suppliers of quality products and those ‘hard to find’ traditional materials that are important in the appropriate renovation of old buildings. Suppliers often offer discounts to Our Heritage Homes members and discount codes for use within their stores can be found on these pages.
Members Forum
Our Heritage Homes members will be able to post questions or share experiences with other Our Heritage Homes members. More details on this will follow once our Member’s Forum has been launched (anticipated for October 2022).
Digital Consultation
Our Heritage Homes members will be able to submit requests for tailored advice and information through the platform. For example, if you are dealing with moisture or rot, you can describe your situation and upload photos, and our experts will take a look and advise you as best as they can. More details on this will follow once we have launched the Digital Consultation service (anticipated for October 2022)
Additional Support Services
For members who require more heavy lifting, our additional (paid) support services offer the in-country expertise and support you need to successfully restore, maintain, and manage your heritage property. In this section of the dashboard, you can see examples of the services and types of contracts we offer, and examples of previous work done.
